Plus trad tattoo imagery is very popular at the moment, especially for band merch. Either way, yours came first so it comes down to whether you feel like you've been ripped off. I think you could consider whether they have traced the face of yours & changed the jaw or taken 'inspiration' from your piece. Either way, your design has better composition & is a better design overall.
i dont personally feel like its ripped off, i just wanted to put my case forward because that guy insinuated that i might have ripped off Chriskillerartworx. people can make up their own minds about it, i think some of the decisions made might be a little close for comfort, especially considering we both frequent the same t-shirt design forum (where i took the screenshots from) so i feel like any similarities are unlikely as coincidence. regardless, its not an accusation i want to make.
